A name or location entered in a search box passes to the outside provider that operates the tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
Email or contact-form content is retained as needed to answer the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.

Page visits may produce routine logs containing:

- pages viewed and time spent;
- referring site, when supplied; and

Links may lead to Sheriff, court, corrections, release-record, and outside search services. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy policy controls. Advertising partners may measure activity across sites for interest-based ads through their own systems, not this one.

Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be handled by:
- search partners processing a submitted query;
- analytics providers;
- advertising networks; and
- law enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.
